Vizier Ovelis is a legendary force affinity champion from the dark elves faction in Raid Shadow Legends. He specialises in Clan Boss and does not have much use anywhere else in Raid. As such we have provided an in-depth build guide for clan boss specifically, with info on mastery selection, gear and stats. His A1 ability allows him to extend debuffs on enemy opponents. This is important for clan boss as debuffs such as decrease defense, decrease attack and poison can often be extended to last the full fight.

A1: Accursed Blades
Attacks 1 enemy 3 times. Each hit has a 35% chance of increasing the duration of all debuffs by 1 turn.

- Level 2: Damage +5%
- Level 3: Buff/Debuff Chance +5%
- Level 4: Damage +10%
- Level 5: Buff/Debuff Chance +10%
A2: Master of Misery
Attacks 1 enemy 2 times. Each hit has a 50% chance of placing a [Block Buffs] debuff, a 50% [Decrease ATK] debuff, and a 100% [Heal Reduction] debuff for 2 turns.

A3: Vizier of Poisons

Vizier Ovelis Clan Boss Build Guide
Vizier truly shines in clan boss (cb) battles with Counterattack (CA). Even without books on void he can keep the debuffs extended after a few runs on manual. Booking his A1 allows to keep up the debuffs even on spirit affinity cb. In some void unm builds you can even ignore an attack down hero and rely on vizier A2. However, you would also have to deal with heal reduction and block buffs then.
Masteries
That sniper mastery does not increase the chance of extending the debuffs. You can pick retribution mastery as the last pick, but in my composition he always has CA. An example of the masteries to follow can be seen in the image below.
Gear & Stats Build
Set: lifesteal + anything. Focus on defence with enough speed and accuracy. 230-240 is enough for ultra-nightmare. An ideal build would have more crit rate and damage while keeping the defense similar.
