Tuhanarak End Game Build Guide

Tuhanarak is a Void Support champion that can be used in many areas of the game. In fact, she is one of the champions in the original composition of fully auto maximum Hydra one key before any nerfs.

She excels in Hydra by removing debuffs, throwing out Continuous Heal on her allies and Decrease speed on enemies with her A1, Increase Defense and Speed with her A3, while also debuffing heads with Block Buffs and Attack down. Her kit as a whole allows her to be useful on any Hydra rotation against any currently available head of any affinity, making her an instant pick for at least one slot in every Hydra team.

Masteries

Her masteries can vary depending on what content you use her for. For Hydra Offense and Support masteries can be used with Warmaster as the T6 mastery for extra damage. In the Offense tree, choose the standard path of Crit rate and Crit damage, then all the way down to Warmaster to add some extra damage to your Hydra runs. In the Support tree the accuracy masteries is a good choice if you struggle meeting accuracy goals. If you can reach the goals without masteries you can go with the increased healing masteries to add some more survivability.

Tuhanarak needs to take a lot of turns, as she removes debuffs with her passive, so for T3 either Rapid Response or Arcane Celerity are both solid options. For T4 you can choose between Merciful Aid, Rapid Response and Lore of Steel, depending on how you want to go for T5 and your gear. Lore of Steel has been chosen in this build as Relentless set wasn’t used. Evil eye doesn’t work on hydra as they are immune to turn meter reduction effects. For T5, Lasting Gifts and Master Hexer are good candidates with or without a Relentless set for that extra turn for both buffs and debuffs. Sniper is an option as well, to increase her chance to place Decrease Speed on her A1.

While Warmaster is a great choice for damage, some might struggle to meet the stat requirements and you have the option to choose either Eagle eye or Unshakable as alternative T6 masteries.

Gear & Stats Build

Tuhanarak is a support champion that can provide healing, debuff removal, and provide debuffs that are essential for Hydra. The important stats for her are Speed, Accuracy and HP/Defense, while getting Resistance is a great option as she self buffs.

For Accuracy, you want at least 300 if you are hitting Brutal, while NM requires around 400. You also want her going fast, so anything above 250+ speed would be enough. When you have met these requirements you want to build her for survivability, aim for high HP and Defense. If you can, try to get your Resist high as well. An ideal number would be 500 Resist with the other stats for NM, 400+ for brutal. The reasoning for building her with Resist is that she places Continuous Heal on herself and the ally with lowest HP, which can make Head of Mischief target her with its buff stealing.

Any set would work for Tuhanarak, but she really benefits the most from a Relentless set, with extra turns for debuff removal. With her stat requirements a Relentless set would be hard to meet required stats though, so any other set would work. Do not build in Relentless if you can’t meet any set requirements, as stats are more important than set. Speed set, Perception set or any combination of broken sets that meet your requirements works.

Recommended Main Stats

  • Glove: HP%/Def%
  • Chest: Acc/Res/HP%/Def%
  • Boots: Speed
  • Ring: HP/Def
  • Amulet: HP/Def
  • Banner: Acc/Res

For accessories either Bloodshield or Refresh is recommended, with Bloodshield being a given if you decide to stack Resist for that extra buff to gain Head of Mischiefs attention. This build primarily focuses on Hydra, but can work in any other Dungeon or Doom Tower format.

Nightmare Clan Boss Hydra Run

The team showcased here demonstrates how Tuhanarak works on a Nightmare Clan Boss Hydra run.

Tuhanarak is here for debuff removal and healing, while she also provides Decrease Speed, Block Buffs and Attack Down on the hydra, while buffing your team with Increase Defense and Increase Speed. You want her to be one of your fastest champions to remove the Fear debuff from Head of Mischief if you are not running her with Inquisitor Shamael or a Perfect Veil buffing champion. Other champions used and their individual roles are as follows:

  • Siphi for Turn Meter Boost, Block buffs, Increase Defense and Speed, while also providing some healing and revives.
  • Uugo, for AOE Decrease Defense and Block Buffs, some healing with her A1 Leech and A3 Debuff removal and heal.
  • Kymar resets the team abilities for more damage, while also stripping the Hydra from buff with his A2.
  • Husk locks out Head of Decay with his A1 with Provoke while also dealing a huge amount of damage with his A2.
  • Royal Guard is also dealing huge amounts of damage with his A2, while providing Decrease Speed with his A3.

End Game Dungeon Runs

Dragon 25

While Seer or Poison Explosion teams are the fastest and most efficient way to clear out dungeons stage 20 and above, not everyone has the champions required to run them. If you have managed to acquire Tuhanarak, putting together teams is a bit easier, although it results in longer run times. She provides healing and damage reduction in the form of Attack down and Increased Defense, while speeding your team up with Increased Speed for faster cycling of your abilities.

This semi-budget Dragon 25 team combines:

  • Urogrim for Speed Aura, Continuous Heal and Poison.
  • Dark Kael for Poison damage.
  • Uugo for Defense down and Leech.
  • Magnarr for AoE damage.
  • Tuhanarak for removing debuffs, Continuous Heals, Increase Defense and Speed.

Any AoE damage dealer can substitute Magnarr in this team, Urogrim can be replaced by Bad El Kazar or another poisoner.

Fire Knight 25

Tuhanarak does not have a multi hit skill, but she can provide Decrease Speed on the Fire knight and additional survivability for the waves. She also increases speed to help cycle abilities quicker. This Fire Knight team features:

  • Tuhanarak for Decrease Speed on the boss, and survivability during waves.
  • Ninja for dps on the boss and wave control
  • Fahrakin the Fat for Ally Attack
  • Magnarr for wave damage
  • Alure for Turn Meter Control

Any AoE damage dealer can substitute Magnarr, any Ally Attack can substitute Fahrakin.

Ice Golem 25

The Ice Golem is best killed by damage over time, poison and burn as damage from those sources causes it to skip Frigid Vengeance procs. Tuhanarak can open up some alternative teams. You can combine any poisoners or additional support to make a safe team for one of the harder dungeons. This Ice Golem 25 team combines:

  • Urogrim for Speed aura, Poison and Continuous Heal.
  • Tuhanarak for debuff removal, Continuous Heal, Decrease Attack, Increase Defense and Speed.
  • Aniri for healing and revival.
  • Dark Kael for activating Poisons and HP Burn.
  • Geomancer for Burn.

Doom Tower Runs: Nether Spider

In the Doom Tower, Tuhanarak provides both buffing and debuffing, while most importantly providing survivability with her Continuous Heal. This applies to both waves and bosses.

Agreth the Nether Spiders passive Tide of Toxins deals damage at the start of each turn based on how many poisons your champions currently have. Tuhanarak removes debuffs at the start of each turn and helps reduce the damage. Tuhanaraks A2 puts Decrease Attack and Block Buffs, then spreads two random debuffs. If block debuff lands on the spiderlings it triggers extra attacks from Agreth, one extra attack for every spiderling without the Counter Attack buff. Make sure to turn off A2 in a preset for the boss wave.

The team I’m showcasing has Drexthar Bloodtwin as its centerpiece with his passive that puts out HP Burn on enemies that hit him. The team is as follows:

  • Brogni for shielding.
  • Tuhanarak for debuff removal and Continuous Heal.
  • Aniri for healing and revival.
  • Magnarr for wave AoE damage.
  • Drexthar for his passive HP Burn.

While Magnarr makes the waves go a bit quicker, you can substitute him for another support champion or single target nuker. A very good addition to Tuhanaraks debuff removal is Doompriest, who also gives additional healing.

Faction Wars Runs

Tuhanarak is a solid addition to your Faction Wars team and can carry the faction. On stage 21 she places Block Buffs on the Maneater wave blocking the Unkillable and Block Debuffs for a faster wave clear. During the boss fight she removes the fears and freezes from the boss. This team includes:

  • Tuhanarak for Block Buffs, debuff removal.
  • Berserker for damage.
  • Fahrakin the Fat for Ally Attack, poison and burn.
  • Scyl of the Drakes for Crowd Control, healing and revives.
  • Warmaiden for Decrease Defense
