Skartorsis is a legendary force affinity champion from the undead hordes faction in Raid Shadow Legends. He offers a decent skill set for players to use, offering a 50% increase attack buff with an additional increase in crit rate. For dungeon raids he will provide your team with an increase in speed by 33%. Furthermore, his A1 is an AOE with a 30% chance to steal 1 random buff from each enemy team member. Skartorsis is mainly for early to mid level gameplay, although he can still be viable in some late game content. His two most optimal areas are in the Arena and Faction Wars. Both have been covered in detail during this guide, with information on mastery selection, gear, stats, team compositions and roles.

Skartorsis Skills Overview
A1: Hand of Doom
Attacks all enemies. Has a 30% chance of stealing 1 random buff from each enemy.
Upgrades as follows:

A2: Command
Places a 50% [Increase ATK] buff and a 30% [Increase C. RATE] buff on all allies for 2 turns.

A3: Rebirth
Removes all debuffs from all allies, then heals them and fills their Turn Meters. The amount by which each ally is healed increases according to the number of debuffs removed from them. The amount by which each ally’s Turn Meter is filled increases according to the number of debuffs removed from them.

Skartorsis End Game Build Guide
Skartorsis is a decent support with a kit focused on manipulating buffs and debuffs. Because of this he can be used in most places, especially with his A1 AoE stealing buffs. However, he has never been considered an overpowered meta champion. In this guide he’ll be showcased in Arena and Faction Wars.
Skills
His main skill is his A3 with debuff cleanse and healing your team as well as boosting their turn meter by however many debuffs were placed. His A2 is less important in most situations. The Increase Crit Rate is nice for go 2nd teams, it means you can build your damage dealer a bit tankier, since you need 30 less Crit Rate, however keep in mind that in most cases in this build, you will need to open with A3. If you have extra books you could use them on him with A3 as a priority. However, he can work well enough in Arena without books if all you need is just one cleanse.
The final part of his kit to keep in mind is his Aura. Although it’s specific to Dungeons, it’s 33% Speed that can reduce gearing requirements for your other champions if you use him as the lead.
Masteries
Defense is the main mastery tree we take to sustain the incoming damage and keep the team alive. Because of this, we take a lot of the healing masteries such as Shadow Heal and Rejuvenation, Blast Proof and Delay Death provide some mitigation. We take Retribution mainly to get to Unshakable for T6. We also take Cycle of Revenge as we don’t expect to go first, and this allows us to be right behind the enemies first turn to recover.
For the Support tree, we hug the left hand side, taking the healing masteries to increase his recovery. Cycle of Magic is selected, since Skarthosis has long cooldown times. Lasting Gifts is selected as a final mastery for Support, to extend his A2 buffs. Lore Of Steel isn’t the greatest mastery for this build as you’ll only have 1 extra set, you can choose to increase his healing even more with Merciful Aid. The team he is showcased in, is built with high recovery and healing already, so we opted for more Speed.
Gear & Stats Build
We are using Skartorsis in a go second Arena team so he needs to survive and Cleanse + Heal on the A3. Because of this, Resistance is vital to keep him alive, along with making him fairly tanky with decent Health and Defense, and we also need to prioritize Speed. We don’t want him to go before the enemies, but we also do not want them to go 2 turns before he goes.
You need Resistance to match your Arena level. This build shows him at 550 Resistance, used in high Gold 5 and Silver 3 Tag Arena. You will need more/less depending on your stage and around 200 Speed. Any left over stats can go into HP, DEF and Accuracy, giving him more chance to steal Buffs on his A1.
Recommended Sets
- Stoneskin is the best for Clensers in Arena at the moment.
- Untouchable/Immunity, even with high Resistance, we need to make sure he doesn’t take a Decrease Defense and gets one-shot.
- Swift Parry, in the off chance you can’t gear him with the first 2 sets, you can use Swift Parry, however it is less reliable.

- Gloves: HP%
- Body: Resistance
- Boots: Speed – Or HP% if you can get enough Speed on substats
- Ring: Health
- Amulet: Health/Defense
- Banner: Resistance (Preferably with Speed)
Arena Strategy & Team
For Arena, we utilize Skartorsis in a go 2nd team. The goal of this is to allow the enemy team to go first, and Skarthosis can cleanse and help your team nuke back without worrying about Reaction Accessories. A lot of times teams that are built to go first will lose if they dont win on the first turn to a go 2nd team. It’s important that on the preset you set Skartorsis to open with his A3 unless you intend to manual.
For the team being showcased, it’s just a tanky team designed to survive:
- Minaya – Brings big healing to the table, alongside skartorsis, as long as the team can take a hit, they are able to recover. Plenty of champions can fill this role e.g. Seeker or Vogoth.
- Sandlashed – The amount of damage her ally protect can take is insane, the goal of this team is to mitigate incoming damage through Reaction Accessories, Stoneskin/Stalwart etc.
- Khoronar – This is unique because of synergy with Minaya as the damage dealer (partner bonus). However, Skartorsis doesn’t rely on either of these champs, and you can use any tanky damage dealer, like Magnarr to fill this role.
Faction Wars Strategy & Team
For Faction Wars Skartorsis is pretty useful although more Accuracy to steal buffs is welcome especially since the first 2 waves on 21 include Martyr and Valkyries. It is recommend that you disable the A2 on the Valk wave, as it will just boost their turn meters. However you can full auto it, you just need to be aware of taking the damage from the Valkyrie’s A2.
For the boss reviving champions is a good strategy. There are other ways to deal with the massive damage the boss deals, like stacking health on everyone. However with the Valkyrie waves offer a challenge in themselves, Gorgorab or Siphi can make life much easier. Decrease Attack does help for the boss, although Undead are lacking in good Attack down champions that are accessible with Balthus Drauglord being an exception.
Team that was used for this showcase:
- Husk – Provides a lot of damage for the waves and boss and the Stuns also make the 2nd wave much easier.
- Seeker – Provides turn meter boost, and the Increase Attack for the boss just makes it a bit quicker, just be careful on the 2nd wave with Valks, as he can boost their turn meters a lot as well. Provoking them on manual works well.
- Ma’shallad – He is the majority of the wave damage for this team, as well as providing a buff strip and crowd control, he is replaceable, especially since Husk isn’t required, you can use another champion like Suzerain instead to strip buffs and something like Dark Elhain as your damage dealer for waves.
- Gorgorab – His sole job is to revive, and sometimes strip buffs from Valks.
