Raid Shadow Legends: Lyssandra Champion Guide

Lyssandra is a legendary spirit affinity champion from the high elves faction in Raid Shadow Legends. She is arguably the best champion in Raid when it comes to being able to manipulate turn meter. Many regard her as the “Queen of Speed” with her ability to apply turn meter fill, team speed buffs, speed aura, single target deplete turn meter and reduce enemies turn meter. When building Lyssandra it is best to focus on speed and accuracy, along with hp and def. Although, this will be covered later in this guide with our in-depth overview of Lyssandra, including information on how to best use her in the Arena, dungeons and doom tower.

Lyssandra End Game Guide

Lyssandra is a very powerful Spirit Legendary from the High Elves faction. She is the best Turn Meter manipulator in the game and can help you anywhere you need Speed. This guide will focus on her Late Game+ use in Arena, Dungeons and Doom Tower.

Skills

Lyssandra’s kit is centered around TM control on the enemy and your team. Her A1 transfers all debuffs on her to a target enemy, this skill can be useful in Arena to transfer a Decrease Defense for example. Her A2 fully depletes a target TM : this skill has a very high Attack scaling so giving her some Crit Rate for PvE content is not a bad idea. Her A3 is the best TM increasing skill in the game. It places a 30% Increase Speed on your team, fills their TM by 30% and decrease the enemies TM by 30%. This provides a massive TM swing and coupled with the Speed buff allows you to lower the Speed requirements on your follow up (Debuffer and Nuker) significantly. Booking her A2 and A3 helps a lot with cycling through your abilities.

Masteries

For a standard support build for Arena, Defense and Support trees were selected. Defense trees gives her more damage reduction and some more resistance: Wisdom of Battle and Resurgent on T3 are very useful in Arena, where Block Debuffs is generally good. Support tree is the more important of the two as it gives more Accuracy and more stats from sets with Lore of Steel. Eagle Eye T6 is generally picked because it gives you a decent Accuracy boost to reach high Accuracy for Arena to fully take advantage of her amazing kit.

Gear & Stats Build

Lyssandra’s main role is to boost your TM for you to go first in Arena, that being said, to take full advantage of her kit, you’ll want Accuracy as well. Stat priorities are Speed then Accuracy. You want her in your fastest gear possible if she’s your main booster. However, because of her Accuracy requirement, the Lyssandra here is built as a secondary booster.

For gear set, you’ll want a mix of Speed, Divine Speed or Perception gear on Lyssandra. For Arena against Tormin teams, Immunity or Untouchable are used. For PvE, aim for 250+ Speed and 350+ Accuracy to be relevant in most content. Because of these particular requirements, the main stat on your gloves is irrelevant, take whatever gives you the best Speed and Accuracy stats.

Recommended Main Stats:

  • Gloves: Whatever, best Speed and Accuracy sub
  • Chest: Accuracy
  • Boots: Speed
  • Ring: HP / Def
  • Amulet: Whatever, best Accuracy sub
  • Banner: Accuracy

As for accessories, Refresh works very well with her to boost often, Cleansing and Reaction are decent. Bloodshield can be amazing for Scarab.

Arena Team

Lyssandra is the most powerful TM manipulator in Arena. However, she lacks versatility so it is hard to fit her in your team for higher up in the Arena : her aura is not as strong as Arbiter or Kymar and her kit is all about TM control. Comparatively Arbiter brings aura, Increase Attack, TM and Revive and Kymar brings CC and reset on top of his aura, these two skills are very good in the current meta against Swift Parry and Reaction accessories. That’s why Lyssandra is much less used in Platinum arena nowadays. Nevertheless, she is still useful in speed teams as she minimises the risk of you getting cut in.

Here are some example of her in two special setups: A1 Hegemon and Valkyrie against Siphi. In both of these cases, Kymar is the superior choice for the reasons listed above but Lyssandra can still work. The core team is Arbiter for aura and Increase Attack, Lyssandra for more TM and Trunda for damage as she doesn’t require Decrease Defense here.

Lyssandra also work as the primary booster in a very straight forward speed nuke comp. Here, our nuker Soulless being Defense based, Doomscreech is used as secondary booster for his Increase Defense. If you are using an Attack based nuker, Seeker, Gorgorab or even Arbiter can be used here. Madame Serris is our debuffer of choice for her amazing kit overall.

Dungeon Runs

Spider 20

With her very powerful TM control capabilities, Lyssandra is extremely good against the Spider as she can keep the Boss from moving by herself and helps other champions cycle through their abilities.

The team here is very straight forward:

  1. Lyssandra provides a Speed aura and TM control.
  2. Stag Knight provides Decrease Speed, Decrease Defense and Decrease Attack.
  3. Miscreated Monster provides shield.
  4. Coldhearts provide TM control and Enemy MAX HP nuke.

Stag’s Decrease Attack makes the Spiderlings hit weaker, so Monster’s shield has no problem protecting the team.

Spider 25

Dungeons 21+ received a very significant change : Bosses only receives 50% of all TM reduction effects and only 10% of their HP against Enemy MAX HP skills. This is pretty significant, however, Lyssandra can still do a decent job in Spider 25.

Our main source of damage here is HP Burn. The goal is now to survive long enough to kill the Boss. The team consists of:

  1. Lyssandra for Speed aura and TM control.
  2. Monster for his masive Shield.
  3. Dhukk for Decrease Defense (for bigger Shield) and Decrease Attack (so the Shield can tak more hits).
  4. Coldheart for more TM control and damage against Boss.
  5. Akoth for AoE HP Burn.

The run is very safe with how powerful Miscreated Monster is for protection. However Lyssandra helps a lot for cycling skills.

Fire Knight 20

Another dungeon where TM is very powerful is the Fire Knight’s Castle. Stage 20 being Force affinity is perfect for Lyssandra. If built fast enough, she can keep the Boss from ever moving again when his shield is down.

The team is built with all damage to kill the waves faster:

  1. Lyssandra is here for her Speed aura and TM control.
  2. Stag for Decrease Defense, Decrease Attack and Decrease Speed.
  3. Skullcrown provides DPS.
  4. Sinesha set to A1 provides DPS.
  5. Coldheart provides an Enemy MAX HP nuke and TM depletion, very useful against the Fire Knight.

Fire Knight 25

Lyssandra has lost her place of being the best TM control in Fire Knight for Alure on stage 25 because of the aforementioned change on TM effects and the fact that Alure is now strong affinity and has her TM control on her A1. All these factors make Alure much more reliable than Lyssandra against the Boss. Nevertheless, Lyssandra can still do a decent job in this dungeon. We have:

  1. Lyssandra for Speed aura and TM control.
  2. Stag for Decrease Speed, Decrease Defense and Decrease Attack.
  3. Fenax for DPs.
  4. Coldheart for more TM control and Enemy MAX HP nuke. Her damage also comes from Giantslayer procs.
  5. Ma’Shalled for AoE True Fear, Increase Speed, Leech and DPS.

Doom Tower: Scarab King

Urost is the best option for farming the Scarab King as he is very reliable and fast. However, if you happen to have Lyssandra, she can certainly help you in the mean time in a standard TM team. There are some special considerations however : in a standard setup, Lyssandra needs to be slower than your perma-shielder (Valkyrie, Miscreated Monster, Lodric, Metalshaper) to not lap them and lose the Shield, triggering the Boss counter attacks. This can be very problematic if you have a very fast Lyssandra built for Arena as it would require regearing to farm this Boss. This is when Bloodshield accessories come in play. Instead of taking off gear to lower her Speed, you can simply give her some Bloodshield and keep her fastest in the team without any problem.

The optimal team for scarab king with Lyssandra is:

  1. Lyssandra for Speed aura and TM control.
  2. Miscreated Monster in Shield set to make the run more auto friendly. He provides 100% uptime on shield and helps with wave clearing.
  3. Alure set to A1 for more TM control, in Affinity Breaker here but not mandatory.
  4. Stag Knight for Decrease Speed, Decrease Defense and Decrease Attack. He is in Destroy here to help chipping down the Boss.
  5. Coldheart provides wave damage, TM control and an Enemy MAX HP nuke. She is in Destroy for the Boss’ shield.

The run is fairly fast but due to Alure being weak affinity, it does not have a 100% win rate. Having Valk here certainly helps more with the TM control for the first phase when Boss still has his shield.
