Coffin Smasher is a rare magic affinity champion from the knights revenant faction in Raid Shadow Legends. He has a good range of skills for players to use, as rare champions go. With an A1 that has a triple hit on one enemy, with the chance of placing a 50% decrease attack for 2 turns. Furthermore, his A2 has a 75% chance that it will place a HP burn on the target. The A3 is less useful, although does decrease damage enemies can inflict with AOE by 5%. Overall Coffin Smasher is best placed in Clan Boss teams and is one of the best rare champions in this type of content. We will cover clan boss setup, masteries, gear and team compositions in detail during this guide.

Coffin Smasher End Game Guide
For this build Offence and Support trees were selected for the following reasons:
- Deadly Precision, PinPoint Accuracy – Quite standard for most debuffers used against Clan boss. 5% crit rate is better than ATK and more difficult to obtain from items. Accuracy is better than HP as you need to reach a certain threshold with your total ACC in order to be able to land debuffs.
- Keen Strike, Heart Of Glory, Charged focus – 10% crit damage from Keen Strike are an important boost to your overall damage. The same applies to Heart of Glory. You will get even more benefit from it as we will be building our Coffin in Life Steal gear, so he will be at full hp for most of the run. Charged focus will just give you some additional Accuracy.
- Single Out, Life Drinker, Swarm Smiter – Single out will give us 8% additional damage when CB goes below 40% HP (will also be handy for different contests such as Fire Knight). Life Drinker will help get some health back and stay at full hp. Swarm Smiter for more ACC (we always need more ACC!)
- Bring it down, Wrath of the Slain/Lore of Steel, Evil Eye – Bring it down for more guaranteed damage (CB will always have higher MAX HP compared to Coffin) Here we have two different options: we can go for Wrath just to maximize our damage at the end of the run, when squishie champions start to fall down, or we can go for Lore of Steel. Evil Eye does not bring anything to CB, but useful in Dungeons (Fire Knight for instance) and there are no better options to pick.
- Kill Streak, Sniper, Master Hexer – KS is quite useless for CB but we need it in order to reach our T6 Sniper for more chances to land our debuffs. Master Hexer for our debuffs to last longer!
- Giant Slayer – The reason for that is Coffin Smasher A1 being a 3-hit spell, which leads in higher chances to proc multiple bonus damage on clan boss.
No turn meter boosting masteries were selected as Coffin Smasher is used in a counterattack team in this guide
Gear & Stats Build
Stats-wise we need to focus on the following:
- Speed: adjusting it according to your speed tune setup, in this team a 4:3 sepulcher sentinel in a counter attack setup, which forces me to keep the rest of the squad between 171 and 178 speed. However, if you’re running a speed based team you can boost the speed as high as possible.
- ACCuracy: 250+ is the optimal requirement for Ultra Nightmare CB, so make sure your Coffin is above this number!
- HP: he is an HP based champion and his damage will also scale based on HP, so give him as much as you can. For UNM i recommend 50k.
- DEF: another important stat when it comes to improve your survivability, you don’t need to reach crazy values though as you will compensate with high HP. So start with 2.5k+.
- C. Rate and C. DMG: not mandatory as he is not a big damage dealer and most of his total damage will come from Giant Slayer procs and from HP burn (A2), but it will not hurt if you can give him some.
Gear-Wise you ideally want Life Steal (or Stalwart if you have a good healer in your team.e.g. Bad-El-Kazar)
You can add a speed set or an accuracy set if you struggle to match any of the above mentioned thresholds with SPD and ACC.

Clan Boss Team
Coffin Smasher is currently the best rare Atk Down hero in the game for Clan Boss. His kit provides him with enough surviability and utility on clan boss unless you have epics and legendaries to fit the role. His a1 hits three times. This allows for high damage and reliability of placing the debuff with the only exception being a force affinity Clan Boss. Counterattack amplifies it further.
The rares only deal 50k hp damage from their burn debuff as opposed to 75k hp damage from epic and legendaries, so his a2 is not the most useful skill if you have better debuffers. However, his passive that reduces AOE damage is extremely helpful and will increase the survivability of the whole team.
Finally, note that Coffin Smasher is not the best choice to take the stun, as Clan Boss stun scales with the maximum HP of the hero. A strong team composition for Clan Boss with Coffin Smasher is as follows:
