The Saradomin Godsword (SGS) is a type of Godsword in Oldschool Runescape. It total there are five different types of Godsword, each representing their respective god from the God Wars Dungeon. However, this one comes from killing Commander Zilyana, the saradomin boss, to recieve a Saradomin Hilt. This hilt can then be combined with the 3 Godsword shards to form the SGS. The Weapon requires an attack level of 75 or higher to wield in combat.
Players can obtain a Saradomin Godsword ornament kit from completing master clue scrolls. This can be attached to the sword to change its appearance.

SGS Special Attack
The SGS special attack will drain 50% of your current special attack energy. When used it will increase your max hit by 10% and double the accuracy of the attack. Additionally, it will restore 50% hit points based on the damage dealt and 25% to prayer.
The special attack will still restore health and prayer even if the monster it is used on has an immunity to the weapon. Kurasks are a good example of this as they are immune to traditional weapons such as the SGS. However, the special attack still has the ability to heal you even if the visible damage is 0.
