Jellies are a type of Slayer monster that require a minimum of level 52 slayer to kill. They are commonly assigned by Vannaka, Chaeldar, Konar and Krystilia. They attack with a magic-based melee attack. Protect from melee will prevent all damage, otherwise if you do not intend to use prayer, wear high magic defence gear.

Where to kill Jellies in OSRS?
Where you choose to kill jellies is very much dependant on your preference. Regular Jellies can be found in the Fremennik Slayer Dungeon and the Wilderness Slayer Cave. Whereas Warped Jellies can be found in the Catacombs of Kourend.

These monsters use a magic-based melee attack, therefore, these setups assume you are always praying protect from melee. If you want to save money on prayer potions, use proselyte for the melee setups. Can you cannon Jellies?
Generally no you can’t cannon Jellies. The two main locations the Catacombs of Kourend and Fremennik slayer dungeon both do not allow the placement of a cannon.
The wilderness slayer cave allows a cannon to be used and you can kill jellies here. However, for obvious reasons this is a far less popular location to train them and only really used when on a wilderness specific slayer task.
