Ecumenical keys are dropped by all monsters in the Wilderness Godwars Dungeon. They are used to gain instant access to different God Wars boss chambers without the need for gathering kill count. The keys work for all 5 of the bosses; General Graardor, Kree’arra, Zilyana, K’ril Tsutsaroth and Nex. Although, they are only recommended for use on Armadyl or Saradomin trips, as these are the two that take significant time to acquire kill count.

Fastest method to collecting Ecumenical Keys
The drop rate for Ecumenical Keys is the same for all monsters in the dungeon. They drop at a rate between 1/60 and 1/40 depending on your completion of the Wilderness diary. Therefore, it is best to kill the weakest monsters in the area.
Fight mobs around the Zamorak and Bandos areas of the dungeon. As this will allow you to quickly get kills on low level creatures such as Imps, Hobgoblins, Icefiends and Pyrefiends. Although, if you see a high-level monster with low hp these are also worthwhile to kill. Make sure you have npc indicators on the Imps to make them easier to see.
