1. Ghrazi Rapier
The Ghrazi Rapier is the most powerful stab weapon in the game currently. It is a one-handed weapon so pairing it with the avernic defender is optimal. However, due to the fact the item is best in slot for stab, it holds a consistently high value, making it expensive to purchase. To equip the Rapier, players will need a minimum of level 80 attack.
How to get the Rapier?
The Rapier is obtained as a rare reward from the Theatre of Blood. This is the only place you can obtain the item in the game, other than buying it from another player via trade or the Grand Exchange.

2. Dragon Hunter Lance
The Dragon Hunter Lance is a powerful dragonbane weapon, that requires a minimum of level 78 attack to use in combat. The weapon has a special passive effect when fighting dragons that boosts damage and accuracy by 20%. This works on all chromatic and metallic dragons from brutal black dragons to rune dragons. Additionally, the effect works in the Chambers of Xeric when fighting the Great Olm.
How to get the Lance?
If not bought via the Grand Exchange then the Lance must be created. To create the lance you will need a Zamorakian Hasta and a Hydra Claw. The hasta is obtained from the God Wars Dungeon boss, Zamorak. While the Hydra Claw is obtained exclusively from the Alchemical Hydra.

3. Osmumten’s Fang
The Osmumten’s Fang is one of the strongest stab weapons in the game, with a stab bonus of +105. The item is extremely accurate and excels against high defence monsters. As it has an additional passive effect which lowers the max hit, but increases the minimum hit. This effect makes the damage output by the fang far more consistent, increasing its effectiveness against high defence monsters. The Fang requires a minimum of level 82 attack to wield in combat.
How to get the Fang?
The Fang can only be obtained as a rare reward from the Tombs of Amascut. It is one of the more common unique rewards to receive along with items like the Lightbearer.

4. Zamorakian Spear
The Zamorakian Spear is a strong stab weapon in OSRS. It requires a minimum of level 70 attack to wield and is the strongest spear in the game currently. It is most notably used for killing the Corporeal Beast. Although, the Osmumten’s Fang is slightly better for corp, the spear is significantly cheaper and more accessible for ironmen to obtain.
How to get the Zamorakian Spear?
Players can obtain a Zamorakian Spear by killing K’ril Tsutsaroth and his bodyguards for a chance of receiving the spear. The God Wars Dungeon is the only place you can obtain this item in the game.

5. Zamorakian Hasta
The Zamorakian Hasta requires a minimum of level 70 attack and is a one-handed stab weapon. It is significantly weaker than items such as the Rapier or Fang. However, it benefits from the highest defensive bonuses of any one-handed melee weapon. The hasta is good against enemies weak to stab. But, can also be a beneficial crush weapon against monsters such as Vet’ion or Tekton.
How to get the Hasta?
Players must take a Zamorakian Spear to Otto Godblessed along with 300,000 coins. If you have completed the Smithing and Fishing parts of Barbarian fishing then he will convert your spear to a hasta. The fee is reduced to 150,00 coins after completion of the elite Kandarin diary.

6. Abyssal Dagger
The Abyssal Dagger is the strongest dagger in the game and requires a minimum of level 70 attack to equip. The Dagger is very slightly worse than the Zamorakian Hasta. However, it is also cheaper and easier to obtain and does not have hidden requirements such as Barbarian Training. Additionally, unlike the Hasta, the dagger has a variety of combat styles which can be used, including strength. The Abyssal Dagger is one of the best strength training weapons in the game.
How to get an Abyssal Dagger?
There are two methods of obtaining an Abyssal Dagger outside of buying it from another player. The first is by obtaining an unsired from Abyssal Sire and turning it in to the Abyssal Nexus. This gives a 20% chance of receiving an abyssal dagger. Alternatively, there is a super rare chance to receive the dagger when killing Abyssal Demons, at a rate of 1/32,000.
