Best Non-Degradable Armour for Melee
The best melee armour in Runescape 3 right now is the Vestments of Havoc set, conveniently this armour is also non-degradable. It provides extremely high offensive style bonuses for melee, the highest of any armour in the game. With a total of 107+ style bonus for the legs, chest and helm, a further +19 (126 total) if the boots are worn. The armour also has a set effect which is as follows:

The Zaros set provides the second highest style bonuses to melee of any non-degradable armour set in RS3. It’s offensive stats are tied with the Torva armour and it is only slightly inferior due to the fact it does not offer any life point or prayer bonus stats, like the Torva armour does.

Best Non-Degradable Armour for Ranged
The best non-degradable armour set for ranged in Runescape 3 is the Anima Core of Zamorak armour set. Like all of the Anima Core armour sets, this one requires level 80 defence to equip. Providing identical offensive stats to Pernix, but without the life points and prayer bonuses that Pernix provides. The armour is created by adding crests of Zamorak to the different dormant anima core pieces.
It provides an excellent armour for mid-tier players at a relatively cheap and affordable price. This non-degradable armour is a great stepping stone for players to use before they can afford the best ranged armours in the game, which are typically degradable.

The Anima Core of Seren armour set is the best non-degradable armour in RS3 for Magic combat. It also requires 80 defence to equip and provides 76.2+ magic style bonus when all three items are worn. It provides the same offensive stats as Virtus, although, lacks the life points and prayer bonus that Virtus offers.
For players who can not afford to purchase or maintain the best magic armours in RS3, this provides an excellent alternative. Great for mid-tier players training magic or general slayer training as there is no concern over up-keep costs.
