Raid Shadow Legends: Skytouched Shaman Champion Guide

Skytouched Shaman is an epic void affinity champion from the Barbarian faction in Raid Shadow Legends. She is a support team and so her role revolves primarily around supporting the team with heals. Although her A2 is also useful which removes all debuffs from allies and places a block debuff & revive on death for two turns. She is best known for her role in Arena teams, where she is very strong. Skytouched Shaman plays a critical role in countering arena teams that feature Tormin and Hegemon. In this Skytouched Shaman champion guide we will provide an in-depth build guide for the arena including masteries, gear, stats and tactics.

Skytouched Shaman Arena Build Guide

This build is focused for the Arena vs Hegemon and Tormin teams that are an issue in high gold 4 and Platinum. Skytouched is a strong (and original) support. She is one of the few champions that have cleanse and block debuffs at the same time and that is why she is can be a situational but very strong support.

She has only one ability in a relatively long cooldown (4 turns), so you want her to extends her buffs and gain as much turn meter as often as she can. The support tree helps her with this.

Masteries

Since the attack tree does not do much for her in arena, the defense tree is probably the most viable option for her. Her passive can synergize pretty well with masteries such as wisdom of battle, because they can give bonuses to compensate for her passive which can cast fear or her. For t5 masteries, the counter attack mastery (she can boost her TM or heal from it), and cycle of revenge (always more TM) were picked.

The t6 mastery Timely intervention is good for her to gain a lot of turn meter. If you are facing a faster team (or an hegemon team), it can allow her to go before your turn meter booster and cleanse them

Gear & Stats Build

What you have to be aware of, is that Skytouched needs immunity gear. Firstly, resistance is not reliable enough. Secondly, because she can’t resist her own fear debuff. Of course, you will be limited by how good is your immunity gear, but that is what I would advise to use with speed substats where possible.

Recommended Main Stats:

  • Gantlets: defense% / HP%
  • Chest: resist / defense % / HP%
  • Boots: speed
  • Ring: defense/HP
  • Amulet: HP/def with resistance substat
  • Banner: resistance/HP/defense

Arena Tactics

When you are facing Tormin, you want her to go after your TM booster, to cleanse the champions that take a turn after her. It is not hard to outspeed or cut into Tormin team sequences in gold 4 and win. In that case you only care about speed for your Skytouched Shaman, so she can follow your TM booster

Against hegemon it is another story. If you know the opposite team, it should not be a problem to adapt. But, if you don’t know if the Hegemon is a support or a DPS, you are risking having a hard time. The safer way is to bring a hero with a Shield Set with her, and then use skytouched Shaman to cleanse the block cooldown/decrease attack.

Skytouched can also be used against champions with a provocation debuff in gold 4. Usually, only the taunter is speed tuned with the TM booster, then there is a break def and a nuke. If you are outspeed, Skytouched can be used to cleanse the debuff as a backup plan. If you are faster, she will guarantee that the debuff will never land.
