Raid Shadow Legends: Sicia Flametongue Champion Guide

Sicia Flametongue is a legendary force affinity champion from the Demonspawn faction in Raid Shadow Legends. She features a unique skillset, with the ability to deal HP burn damage instantly. Furthermore, her A3 can be used to force enemy targets to take a burn tick from all enemies, resulting in high overall damage capabilities. For this reason she is one of the best champions to use in the spider dungeon, particularly between stages 21 and 25 while speed running. She also proves useful in other content areas including more dungeons, arena and faction wars. In this guide we will provide a build setup including masteries and gear. Followed by guidance and team compositions for dungeons, arena and faction wars.

Sicia Flametongue End Game Guide

Sicia Flametongue is a Force Attack Legendary champion from the Demonspawn faction. She is currently the only champion with the AOE HP burst ability that activates all HP Burn on her enemies, making her the best champion to Speed Farm Spider 25 in the game. This guide will focus on Sicia as a damage dealer for dungeons, Faction Wars and Arena.

Skills

Her main skills are her A2 and A3 and those skills should be booked for best results. Her A3 places an AoE HP Burn then grants an extra turn if the HP Burn is placed on all enemies. This works even if she kills the enemy with the skill. Her A2 deals damage from the HP Burn and also places Decrease Defense and Weaken on all enemies. This means she can work alone especially if you use the AI presets to select skill priorities for using her AOE burn first.

However, it is advisable to run her with another AoE HP Burn if you want her to be your reliable Decrease Defense and Weaken champion. This HP Burn detonation is very strong against the Spider as the damage is not capped at the moment unlike MAX HP and Poison burst strategies, making her the most important champion for speed farming this dungeon. Her A1 can extend the HP Burn keeping at least 1 enemy constantly under this effect.

Masteries

Sicia is used here as a Debuffer/Nuker so Attack and Support trees were selected. Support tree gives her extra Accuracy and gives a chance to extend her Decrease Defense or Weaken. Attack tree down to Helmsmasher T6 to maximise her damage as a nuker especially in Arena. This build is good for most content except for the Spider’s den as you actually don’t want her to deal too much raw damage there.

When used as a pure Debuffer, against the Frost Spider for example, going down Support to Eagle Eye T6 can be a good choice to reach the Accuracy needed (about 600 Accuracy). If you want to use her exclusively for Boss fights, Giantslayer is the mastery you should pick, especially against the Clan Boss for maximum sustained DPS.

Gear & Stats Build

The build showcased here is a hybrid build with an emphasis on her role as a debuffer, therefore, Perception set was used. If you plan on using her mainly as a nuker, Savage and Cruel would be ideal. Overall, any set can work on her as long as you can hit the target stats depending on the role. Perception and Speed are usually good sets to build hybrid stats.

For a nuker build, you want 5k+ Attack and 250+ Crit Damage mainly, then enough Speed to be Speed tuned in your team and around 200 Accuracy to be relevant for dungeons.

For a pure debuffer build/Spider build, you’ll want her to deal as little damage as possible. You’ll then focus on Accuracy (350+ for Hard Doom Tower, 600+ for Frost Spider 120), HP and Defense to keep her alive and enough Speed to go before your damage dealer.

Recommended Main Stats

  • Gloves: Crit Damage for damage else HP%
  • Chest: Atk%/HP%/Accuracy
  • Boots: SPD
  • Ring: HP/Atk
  • Amulet: Crit Damage/HP
  • Banner: Accuracy/Atk

As for accessories, she doesn’t need any of the special sets to work better.

Sicia Flametongue build

Sicia in Faction Wars

Demonspawn Faction Wars stage 21 has the infamous Valkyries second wave. It makes tanking this stage head on or going for a drawn out fight without Duchess very difficult for the faction. Sicia can provide the damage to bring down the enemies quickly. The shorter the fight, the less likely you are to get hit by bad RNG.

The team showcased brings out Achak and Sicia potential. You may need to manual to ensure the 3 star clear.

Team Build

  1. Drexthar provides an Accuracy aura, AoE Provoke and Attack Down and HP Burn when hit.
  2. Alure provides TM control, she keeps the boss from taking too many turns as the team is pretty fragile.
  3. Umbral provides an AoE Provoke and an AoE Block Buffs, particularly useful against the Valks.
  4. Achak provides Freeze, TM boost, Strengthen, Block Debuffs (useful against the Freeze on Boss round).
  5. Sicia provides Decrease Defense, Weaken and overall damage to finish the fight quickly.

The fight can be done on auto, the only intervention needed is usually on the Boss round to make Alure target the Boss for extra TM control

Candraphone arena team

Sicia in the Arena

Sicia can work in Arena in a Speed-tuned team. Her usual ceiling should be Gold IV league as platinum has much higher Resistance, Block Debuffs based teams and Sicia will find it hard to compete with other metagame champions for the DPS slot.

She has a chance to nuke twice (watch out for affinity as she needs to place her HP burn on everyone) and usually hits hard enough to take out the enemy damage dealer.

Team Compositions

  1. Arbiter provides a Speed aura, a TM boost and an Increase Attack so Sicia can hit harder.
  2. Lyssandra provides more TM control and an Increase Speed.
  3. Basher provides a Cooldown Increase skill in case Sicia couldn’t kill the enemies, leaving them with only A1s.
  4. Sicia provides the DPS.

Dungeon Runs

Spider 25

Sicia provides a very strong skill for speed farming Spider with her A2. This skill detonates one stack of HP burn on all enemies, dealing massive damage quickly. Its damage is not capped for now, making her the best champion for this dungeon in a speed farming scenario.

Team Build

  1. Sicia: HP Burn nuke.
  2. Coldheart: Enemy MAX HP nuke, TM control. Set AI to use her A3 first.
  3. Kymar: Skill reset. Can be replaced with Renegade.
  4. Gurgoh: AoE Freeze to make the run safer.
  5. Ignatius: AoE HP Burn that cannot be resisted.

However, it is important to note for spider 25, the build required to get the best time out of Sicia is vastly different from her regular build. You actually don’t want her to deal raw damage so Attack and Crit stats have to be as low as possible. You also don’t want her too fast to lap the Spiderlings, making the fight longer. Her passive makes her faster the more enemies are under HP burn and it’s noticeable when so many targets are burning.

She should be slightly above 150 Speed to allow the HP Burn to tick before activating it on the spiderlings. As we are using another HP Burn to enable Sicia in this composition, her AI was set to open with her A2 and use it as soon as it is available. This other champions makes the run faster and more reliable as Sicia can get resisted on her HP Burn, preventing her from taking an extra turn to deal damage.

Gurgoh can be replaced with any AoE Freeze or Stun. His long animation did slow the run down here. Other AOE Freeze champions are an excellent fit for speed run teams on Spider as the spiderlings under Freeze debuff don’t die prematurely.

Ice Golem 25

Since the Enemy MAX HP damage reduction on stages 20+, it takes much longer to farm Ice Golem without Seer and AoE Poison burst. Sicia provides a useful source of damage against the boss in HP Burn burst on top of her damage against waves and her Decrease Defense and Weaken debuffs.

The team is built to utilise Achak’s full support capabilities, however, Tyrant also helps setting up Sicia so she can be our Decrease Defense enabler and damage dealer.

Team Build

  1. Achak: Defense aura, TM boost, Healing, Block Debuffs, Strengthen, AoE Freeze.
  2. Dhukk: Decrease Defense, Decrease Attack, Provoke, Decrease Accuracy.
  3. Ursala: Increase Defense, Increase Attack, Strengthen, Decrease Attack, Revive.
  4. Tyrant: AoE HP Burn, Ally Protection, Increase Defense.
  5. Sicia: Damage, AoE HP Burn, Decrease Defense, Weaken.

Dragon 25

Sicia works decently as a damage dealer for Dragon 25 where she is neutral affinity. In the featured team:

  1. Sicia provides AoE Decrease Defense, AoE HP Burn and Weaken on top of her dps.
  2. Deacon provides a Speed aura, TM control, AoE Decrease Defense and Leech on boss stage for the team to heal up. He is in a Stun set for extra CC.
  3. Sinesha provides CC through her Stun set and a pseudo Healing ability.
  4. Ursala provides Increase Defense, Strengthen and Decrease Attack AoE for survivability, Increase Attack for Sicia to deal more damage and a revive if needed.
  5. Occult Brawler provides Poison to kill the boss.

Dragon 20

Dragon 20 is a very important dungeon to farm because Speed set is generally useful, and other sets such as Stalwart or Destroy can be important for Boss fights. Sicia being strong affinity here makes her a strong damage dealer and enabler.

Team Build

  1. Sicia provides an Accuracy aura if needed, AoE HP Burn, Decrease Defense and Weaken on top of her raw damage on waves and against Boss.
  2. Dhukk provides Decrease Defense, Decrease Attack and Provoke.
  3. Sinesha provides CC with her Stun set and a healing skill.
  4. Lanakis provides Increase Attack, TM fill and Ally Attack to help Frozen Banshee or Sinesha apply their debuffs.
  5. Frozen Banshee provides Poison to kill the Dragon quickly.

Fire Knight 20

Sicia A1 being a 3-hit champion makes her a viable option for the Fire Knight’s Castle stage 20. The team build is as follows:

  1. Sicia: Accuracy aura, Decrease Defense, Weaken, AoE HP Burn, DPS, 3 hit A1.
  2. Alure: TM reduction, 3 hit A1.
  3. Stag Knight: Decrease Defense, Decrease Attack, Decrease Speed, 2 hit A1.
  4. 2x Coldheart: DPS, Enemy MAX HP nuke, TM control, 4 hit A1.
