Prince Kymar is a legendary magic affinity champion from the demonspawn faction in Raid Shadow Legends. He is one of the best champions to use for speeding your dungeon raids up, with his A3 ability being unique in the sense it has the ability to reset your teams hitting abilities. He features one of the best arena speed auras in Raid Shadow Legends, with the addition of a strong turn meter boost. Furthermore, his A2 ability is very effective, but you will need to optimise him for accuracy to ensure it lands.

Attacks all enemies. Places a 5% [Poison] debuff for 1 turn if this attack is critical.

Prince Kymar End Game Guide
Prince Kymar is one of the key champions in Dungeon speed runs due to his ability to reset the cooldown of all your champions. He works so well in Dungeons because there are only 2 mob waves before reaching the boss. However, in Hard DT, there are 3 waves of mobs and your “speed run” champions will most likely not survive long enough on the third wave before their skills get off cooldown again and start dying.
However, it is possible for Prince Kymar to use his reset again immediately on the third wave! This guide on Prince Kymar + Seer based comp will show you how to clear all 3 waves of some of the hardest Hard DT stages.
Masteries
For the purpose of the role of Prince Kymar (resetting the skills), Masteries are not important at all. The only mastery that adds any significant value to this build is Lore of Steel for the additional stat boost because the only stat limitation of this build is the high speed requirement.
So any mastery you already have on Prince Kymar will be sufficient. Below is an example of Masteries used on Prince Kymar. In this case Warmaster was selected for some additional dps.
If you’re using him in other content you might want to select Eagle Eye if you need additional accuracy or Timely Intervention if you’re using him in 3×3 Arena
Gear & Stats Build
The most important gear for this strategy are the new Refresh Accessories that give your champion a 5% chance per accessory for the skill used to not go on cooldown. You want Prince Kymar with as many Refresh Accessories as you have. The stats on the accessories do not matter!
Hard DT is an end-game level content and the stats requirements are much higher than any other regular content in the game. So, if you already have a Prince Kymar built, you most likely have to re-gear him specifically for Hard DT.
The hard DT waves, especially the higher floors, have high speeds. The fastest champion in Hard DT is Siphi at 264 speed. For this build/cheese strategy you will need to build your Prince Kymar to be the fastest champion in your team with at least 265 speed. All you want is to have enough speed, so the main stats of gear don’t really matter but the following are the ideal stats you want:
Recommended Main Stats

- Chest: HP%/Def%
- Boots: Speed
- Ring: ANY Refresh Ring
- Amulet: ANY Refresh Amulet
- Banner: ANY Refresh Banner
Consider taking your fastest piece of speed gear, usually from your Arbiter or speed booster so you can meet the speed requirement. You can swap it back once you use all your DT keys for the day.
Team Compositions
Prince Kymar’s main role is to reset the cooldown of your “Speed Run” team, the featured team is:
- Prince Kymar (Fastest).
- Psylar (2nd Fastest but still above 264 to slow the enemies down so your other champs can take a turn).
- Lydia (Decrease Def, Weaken, and place Buffs. Slower than 264).
- Mausoleum Mage (In Shield set, places Buffs).
- Seer (Strip Buffs and nuke the wave).
This set-up is different from the usual dungeon speed runs with Prince Kymar where he is the slowest champion. Hard DT mobs are too fast and deal too much damage. Your team cannot afford to let the enemy take a turn and deal damage to you.
The Doom Tower strategy
- Start the run on Manual, Use Prince Kymar’s A1, then click auto.
- Let your other champions do their thing and nuke the wave.
- On the Next wave, leave it on auto. Prince Kymar will use his Reset and you should LOOK FOR THE ANIMATION ABOVE HIS HEAD. An animation will appear if the Refresh accessory procs and his reset ability does not go on cooldown.
- If the animation does not appear, leave the run and try again until the refresh procs.
- Let your other champions do their thing to nuke the wave again and he will have his reset available on the third wave and your team will nuke it again.
This team is NOT auto friendly. As the first champion in the rotation, Prince Kymar will use his Reset on auto. Manually use his A1 at the start of the round first. Reset until refresh procs.
This strategy works on all DT stages except Stages with Tormin, since he can freeze and revive and Valkyrie stages, since she will drop your TM from her passive. This comp still works on stages with Rotos and Siphi. He will not die but you can kill him with A1s.
