Hoforees the Tusked is an epic force affinity champion from the skinwalkers faction in Raid Shadow Legends. He is a vital epic to have for the skinwalkers. As this faction do not have a vast amount of champions that are capable of reviving team mates, which Hoforees does have the ability to do. As such this makes him an excellent selection for Faction Wars teams. Although, players will also find him useful in some dungeon runs, particularly Ice Golem and Dragon. All of these areas will be covered in this guide, along with information on how to build Hoforees.

A1: Burly Bash
Attacks 1 enemy 2 times. Each hit has a 10% chance of placing a [Stun] debuff for 1 turn.

A2: War Whoop
Places a 50% [Increase ATK] buff and a 30% [Increase C. RATE] buff on all allies for 2 turns.

Hoforees the Tusked Late Game Build Guide
Hoforees is a recent addition to the Skinwalker faction and a tremendous help to clearing the Faction Wars as he is a very reliable reviver for this faction. This guide will showcase him in Faction Wars stage 21 and Dungeons (Dragon and Ice Golem) stages 20 and 25. While Hoforees is not a champion suitable for speed runs he can work well in a progression setting.
Skills
For his skill kit, his A1 offers a small chance to Stun. It’s good to have, but this was not the focus of the build. His A2 provides an Increase Attack and Increase Crit Rate. This works well if you have Attack based damage dealers in your team and worth booking along with the A3. His A3 provides a strong Revive skill on a 5 turn cooldown : He revives 2 random allies with 50% HP and fills their TM to 50%, then places a Strengthen buff on the whole team. Strengthen is a strong defensive buff that improves your team’s survivability significantly.
Masteries
For Masteries, there are many possibile routes. If you want Hoforees to provide some extra damage, Offense tree down to Warmaster is the standard choice. The secondary tree will depends on your needs (improved survivability with Defense tree or Accuracy and Buff extension from the Support).
In this build a Support build is featured, thus the Defense + Support choice. Defense tree increases his survivability for PvE content, Support tree provides more Accuracy, Buff extension and TM boosts. Lasting Gifts T5 and Timely Intervention T6 are very important for this role to ehance the buffs and allows him to cycle back the revive faster. If you want more Resistance, Unshakeable T6 from the Defense tree is also a viable alternative choice.
Gear & Stats Build
As a reviver, Hoforees’ main weakness is his lack of self sustain. If you want to keep him alive to ensure he can revive your team, there are 2 options : bring in a healer as an extra support or give him some form of self heal. With that in mind, Hoforees is using an Immortal set and a Regeneration set in this build.
If you are using a healer alongside him, Speed, Relentless or Reflex can be a good alternative to cycle through his cooldowns faster. For stats 200+ Speed, 2.5-3k Defense and as much HP as possible are wanted. Having some Resistance is also nice to improve survivability. Aim for 300-350 for PvE content.

For accessories, Refresh can be good if you want him to have A2 and A3 off cooldown more often, Cleansing can be good if your Resistance is not high enough.
Faction Wars Team & Strategy
Hoforees allows you to beat and farm Faction Wars crypt 21 safely even with a fragile team as showcased here. His revive not being conditional like Reinbeast’s makes him a reliable Reviver against the Boss. The team consists of:
- Basher for HP aura, Block Buffs debuff and Increase Cooldown.
- Fayne for DPS, Poison, Decrease Defense, Weaken and TM control.
- Steelskull for healing, Increase Defense, Poison and single target Cleanse.
- Brakus for DPS.
- Hoforees for Increase Attack (ideal for Fayne and Brakus) and Revive, especially important against the Boss.
Hoforees allows you to run on full auto, you no longer need to worry about timing Buffs and Debuffs against the boss as you will still clear it regardless.
Dungeon Runs with Hoforees
Dragon 20 & Ice Golem 20
Hoforees can work perfecly fine for Dungeons stage 20 in a progression setting as showcased here in Ice Golem and Dragon. With his Revive ability having a cooldown of 5 turns and only reviving 2 allies, running him with a Crowd Control champion like Umbral Enchantress is not a bad idea. The rest of the team is pretty typical. Dhukk or Tayrel for Decrease Defense, Kael for AoE and Poison damage and Apothecary for TM and Speed buffs to ensure your team clear these stages comfortably.
The champions are generally interchangeable as long as they fit the same roles and can fulfill them well. Kael is usually the first one to be replaced with a better poisoner like Frozen Banshee. DEF Down role can be filled in with budget options like Warmaiden. Hoforees can serve the role of the core enabler and and a safety net in any of those situations.
Hoforees being strong affinity against the Dragon makes the runs even safer. Whereas in Ice Golem, despite being weak affinity, Hoforees still performs his revive role well.
Ice Golem 25
Ice Golem 25 is very hard to tank through as the Boss hits very hard. However, being strong affinity against the Boss makes Hoforees an even more outstanding reviver here. He allows the team to clear stage 25 reliably. The showcased team has:
- Hoforees for Resistance aura, Increase Attack for damage dealers and Revive. In this run, Hoforees had to survive against the Boss many times to revive the team. He is the win condition here.
- Dhukk provides Decrease Defense and Decrease Attack, allowing Hoforees to survive more easily.
- Umbral provides AoE Provoke, very needed against waves.
- Tyrant provides HP Burn and Ally Protect. HP Burn provides consistent damage against Boss.
- Trunda provides DPS and can be replaced easily here.
Dragon 25
Hoforees also work against the Dragon on stage 25. His Increase Attack and Revive skills are generally useful, allowing him to slot in many different teams. The team showcased is there to support Occult Brawler who will kill the Dragon with his Poisons. The showcased team has:
- Deacon provides a Speed aura, TM control and Decrease Defense.
- Abbess provides AoE damage.
- Occult Brawler provides Poisons.
- Umbral provides AoE Provoke to keep the enemies from attacking your damage dealers.
- Hoforees provides an Increase Attack for Abbess. He also revives other champions if needed.
