Raid Shadow Legends: Faceless Champion Guide

Faceless is an epic void affinity champion from the Knight Revenant faction in Raid Shadow Legends. His A3 ability is fantastic and known as a tank killer, as it has the ability to ignore the opponents defense entirely. Faceless has decent applications in the game, he can be used at faction wars, the arena and frost spider. However, he is not worth investing in heavily for end game content, as players will find their are many better options than this champion currently. Regardless of this, he can still come in handy for some niche situations, and as already mentioned he is a great champion for Faction Wars teams.

Faceless End Game Build Guide

Faceless is one of the premier damage champions in the Knight Revenant faction. With the ever growing list of targets that have a high amount of DEF or massive shields both in PVP and PVE environment his A3 skill that ignores Shield, Block Damage and DEF completely is highly sought-after.

Skills

His A1 has a 15% chance to proc an extra turn, allowing to cycle through his other abilities quickly. It is preferrable to book at least the A3 for optimal results. Faceless shines in areas where high single target damage is required such as Faction Wars, Doom Tower and Arena. Now that the AI patch is available, selecting A3 as the priority skill will help greatly.

Masteries

Standard damage dealing Offense tree masteries are handy such as Crit Rate and Crit Damage. However, you should not pick Helmsmasher because Faceless ignores 100% DEF on his main skill. Flawless Execution is the way to increase his DPS the most. Opportunist mastery was picked because he is used primarily in hard Doom Tower with good CC champions that provide the conditions for it.

Defense as the secondary tree is preferred over Support to get some survivability in and a chance to clear debuffs and counterattack. Faceless doesn’t need any Accuracy that could be preferred for many other champions

Gear & Stats Build

Unlike most other damage dealers, Savage set is not best in slot. Best in slot gear for PVE would be the Relentless or Reflex sets with 100% Crit Rate, 3-5k ATK, 240+ Crit dmg and enough speed (~190 or higher). However, Faceless can work with any broken set pieces as long as the stats are good. Some ATK could be beneficial from the sets, but not required

Recommended Main Stats

  • Glove: Crit Damage
  • Chest: Atk%
  • Boots: Speed
  • Ring: Atk
  • Amulet: Crit Damage
  • Banner: Atk

Faceless benefits from Refresh gear that can be bought on the Bazaar for more frequent usage of A3

Hard Doom Tower: Frost Spider

One of the big challenges of the hard Doom Tower Frost Spider rotation are the waves on 114 and 116 with multiple Siphi and Rotos in them. Without the currently commonly used Seer Nuke strategies there are few champions that allow for the same level of AOE or individual nuking capabilities, not least because her passive removes all the traditional debuffs from Rotos.

Faceless can help those without Seer in the roster coupled with TM control and CC to get Faceless going without interruption to nuke down Siphi. He is tough to keep alive and his A1 and A2 are mediocre at best, but he can get the job done as showcased in the team below. This team features:

  1. Lilitu for the Block Debuffs, ATK UP, Perfect Veil to hide our dps and revive
  2. Faceless as the main dps
  3. Psylar for AOE TM Control and Decrease Speed Debuff
  4. Scyl of the Drakes for AOE Stuns, additional passive healing and emergency revive
  5. Rhazin for DEF Down, Weaken and AOE TM Depletion.

Faction Wars

Faceless can be a key damage dealer in Faction Wars for Knight Revenant if you are missing the best in slot options such as Tomb Lord for poisons or Whisper with the proper setup.

On the first wave, focus the Martyrs and make sure to use A1 in the end to have all skills off cooldown. It’s important not to use buffs too much on the second wave because Valkyrie passives will trigger and will be detrimental to your run. You need to be able to kill one Valkyrie before they get a turn. In this run ATK up from Doompriest is needed to 1-shot a Valk. Ideally, debuff the Septimus with ATK Down since he’s the scariest damage dealer and CC the Warcaster, if possible.

On the boss focus the adds first, especially the left one since he applies Taunt for 2 turns. Make sure to only apply crucial buffs and debuffs after the Mirror Universe skill of the boss, especially if you bring Miscreated Monster into the fight. Stolen ally protection can mean the end of 3 star run. Getting some other buffs stolen is not a dealbreaker and getting debuffed can be cleansed by Doompriest easily as well. Keep the health swap in mind and pay attention to the cooldown of Mirror Universe after the health swap. After that it’s a straight forward fight with Faceless as a DPS.

Arena

Faceless is a possible single target DPS for your arena team as he can nuke even extremely high DEF champions with one hit. Unfortunately he is mainly limited in his use and slow marking Gold IV arena as the ceiling for his efficient use. In the featured team composition:

  1. Psylar leads with AOE TM reduction
  2. Duchess provides targeting protection with Perfect Veil and ATK up buff
  3. Astralon removes the opposing team’s Veil
  4. Faceless one-shots opponent’s Lilitu
