Raid Shadow Legends: Coldheart Champion Guide

Coldheart is a Rare, Dark Elf in Raid Shadow Legends, similar to that of Kael. She is actually the best rare champion for end game dungeon content. Featuring extremely powerful skills such as her Heartseeker ability which can be used to remove the enemies turn meter and deal high levels of damage. When building this champion, an emphasis on accuracy is essential to ensure this ability lands on your target. Coldheart Late Game Guide

Coldheart is one of the best rares in the game. She is one of the few champions that you want multiples of and don’t mind dupes at all. There are a few reasons for this, that include:

  1. Coldheart is void affinity and she can be useful in any content and will not suffer from weak hits.
  2. She can hit with her A3 based on Maximum HP of the target and this allows her to be one of the best boss killers in the game with the exception of Clan boss and some doom tower bosses that have a passive that prevents the full damage from going through.
  3. Her A3 ability also fully depletes the Turn Meter of the opponent and this can be key in lots of content as well.
  4. Her A1 hits four times and this is extremely useful on Fire Knight to bring down the shield fast.

Late game and late game+ is where she shines the most as you can reach the right stats that bring out her full potential. Her main drawback is that she is a glass cannon and requires protection to dish out her damage properly.

Masteries

In terms of masteries a lot depends on your team composition. In this build the T6 mastery is Helmsmasher as it offers the best DPS. If the crit damage you have is higher than 200-220%, Helm Smasher offers the best dps for coldheart on dungeon bosses.

Helmsmasher should only be taken only if your composition does not depend on the success of it’s proc. If you sometimes lose because of it, take Flawless Excecution as the tier 6 mastery instead for stable results.

There is some flexibility in the masteries you can take in the support tree. If you’re aiming for faction wars you might want to select Evil Eye mastery to control the turn meter or chamions on the A1 (e.g. the Valkyrie waves)

Masteries for coldheart

Gear & Stats Build

Coldheart needs the following at a minimum for late game and stable Spider 20 farming:

  • Accuracy: 200+ for the turn meter reduction.
  • Speed: 192 if using renegade, otherwise can be lower.
  • Crit rate: 70%
  • Crit damage: 200%+
  • Hp: depending on your other heroes on spider 20 she may need more hp so she doesn’t get targeted or die before she does her duty.

Recommended Main Stats

  • Glove – crit damage %
  • Chest – hp % / atk %
  • Boots – speed
  • Ring – hp
  • Amulet – crit damage %
  • Banner – accuracy

Recommended Set

Savage + Cruel would be best. Second best would be Savage + any. Can also be a mix without sets if the needed parameters are met.

Spider 20

Coldheart provides a combination of useful skills for every stage of the Spider hunting. For Spiders below level 15 she provides full TM depletion. For spiders above that stage they have much higher MAX Enemy HP and Coldheart A3 scales extremely well.

An example of a Spider 20 budget team would be as follows:

  1. Coldheart is the star of the show with MAX HP nuke and full TM depletion.
  2. Royal Guard is a MAX HP AOE nuker that deals with the spiderlings.
  3. Stag Knight provides AOE Decrease DEF and Speed Decrease on the Spider.
  4. Skullcrusher is a negative affinity tank that can be unkillable for two turns with Renegade.
  5. Renegade allows all champions to use their skills twice to make sure the runs are stable

Note that the turn meter reduction is absolutely key for this comp to work. Coldheart uses her A2 on auto first and then the Heartseeker. Two heartseekers and 2 takedowns are enough to take down Spider 20 comfortably even if you don’t have completely optimal stats.

Fire Knight 20

Recent changes to AI have made Coldheart best in slot champion for Fire Knight as long as you can keep her alive. She doesn’t use Heartseeker on the boss while the shield is up. The other team members we recommend, along with their individual roles are as follows:

  1. Stag Knight and Zargala provide AOE DEF Down and some additional damage in the latter case.
  2. Coldheart and Alure ensure once the FK shield is down the boss doesn’t take a turn.
  3. Arbiter is there for additional insurance.

Faction Wars

Mutliple Coldhearts in Late Game Gear can work well in Faction War Crypts including the most difficult ones. There are two problems with the FW 21. The first one is the wave with Valkyries. You need to control their TM and prevent them from using their abilities as this team has no dedicated revivers. The second problem is the boss that also can’t take many turns or this will prevent you from obtaining full 3 stars.

Evil Eye mastery becomes important here to ensure control. Even though the masteries on the Coldhearts are different in the video the play style is exactly the same.
