Raid Shadow Legends: Blind Seer Champion Guide

Blind Seer is a legendary void affinity champion from the dark elves faction in Raid Shadow Legends. In September of 2020, Blind Seer was revived with a bunch of impressive buffs taking her from one of the weakest void legendaries to a strong champion that can compete on multiple fronts. The update improves her revive ability and shield buff, making her strong in a number of end game raid scenarios. She is strong in faction wars, arena and many different dungeon teams. Of which you will find in this guide, with information on the best build setups for blind seer including masteries, gear and team compositions.

Blind Seer End Game Guide

Blind Seer is an underestimated Void Legendary champion. She can be highly useful in many areas and can work well in nearly all content in the support role. She excels against teams with persistent debuffs placement such as Tormin and has a nice DEF Aura that works everywhere in the game.

This guide will cover her in the end game Setting with a focus on Resistance. Blind Seer benefits from nice base parameters and has one of the highest base speed stats in the game making gearing her easier.

Skills

A1: Inferior version to Alure’s A1 Turn Meter manipulation. Random targeting and random chance of landing a low percentage turn meter decrease. Not worth booking.

A2: Superb HP shield and Block Debuffs. Fully worth investing in.

A3: Provides a full team Revive and Block damage on all champions except herself. This gives the team time to heal or use their skills off without worry for the most part. The Block Damage can however backfire – enemy AI will begin focusing on Blind Seer because she’s the only one without it. Tormin also has a chance to freeze on revive because of the buff.

Masteries

Masteries for this build are focused mainly on increasing the shield potential and Resistance. Defense tree travels the path of maximising Resistance and ends with [Unshakeable] as a T6 mastery for the +50 Resist. Support tree highlights include [Lasting Gifts] to potentially get a 3-turn Block Debuffs and shield. [Rapid Response] is also a good option because Blind Seer places a good number of buffs on the team.

If you are not able to reach high resistance levels you may consider selecting Timely Intervention as the alternative T6 mastery instead.

Gear & Stats Build

Blind Seer is effective at around 250+ speed and 350+ resist for most PVE situations, in particular Hard Doom Tower.

For PVP situations, Blind seer with 500+ resistance should be able to handle most unprepared arena teams. You also want to aim for 55K+ HP to receive a sizable shield buff. This might change in the future if the metagame switches to using AOE Accuracy buffs in Platinum Arena.

Resistance, Immortal and Speed sets are desired. However, the most important part is reaching the stats mentioned above. The priority order for your substats should be as follows:

  1. Speed
  2. Resist
  3. HP%
  4. DEF%

Main Stat Recommendations

  • Glove: HP%
  • Chest: HP% / RES
  • Boots: Speed
  • Ring: HP/DEF
  • Amulet: HP/DEF with RES
  • Banner: RES with speed, HP%

Dungeon Runs

Dragon 20

There are many variations of Dragon 20 teams featured with Blind Seer. She can safely carry any damage dealers through this level of content accompanied with suitable de-buff champions.

Team Build

This is an example of a end game speed run team where Blind Seer serves as back up in case things go wrong and can be used on Dragon 25 with minor changes.

  1. Zavia serves as the main DPS on the boss with her Poisons.
  2. Blind Seer provides Revive, Block Debuffs and Shields.
  3. Lydia is the AOE Decrease DEF and Weaken champion and has additional buffs.
  4. Seer provides the superior wave clearing capabilities.
  5. Prince Kymar resets the skills enabling fast refresh of skills.

The only difference between the showcased run and Dragon 25 run is that Zavia has her Deadly Catalyst skill enabled under Team Setup.

Dragon 25

This section will contain a featured speed run consisting of a Seer nuke team and a poisoner. You can see the team build and roles below.

Team Build

  1. This team relies on Seer to nuke waves. Seer in a savage set can handle the enemies easily with a simple DEF DOWN de-buff and enough ally buffs. Seer’s A2 is disabled because her A1 can give her extra turns to help her cycle faster to Karma Burn. Although capped at 10% damage at the boss, this is one of the fastest ways to defeat Stage 25.
  2. Lydia provides debuffs and buffs that enable Seer to do her job. The strengthen buff can also help the survivability of the team when the dragon inevitably gets a turn.
  3. Prince Kymar resets the skills to make Wave 2 run smoothly. He is the fastest one on the team, so skill AI needs to be adjusted. His opener can be set to either A1 or A2, so that he properly resets on the second wave. His normal AI should kick in and he should do his A3 reset skill cooldowns. Weak affinity means he will not land too many poisons.
  4. Blind Seer provides two buffs per ally during the waves for Seer. If DEF DOWN gets resisted by the enemy, Blind Seer can shield and revive the team. At the boss Blind Seer’s BLOCK-DEBUFFS and SHIELD help protect whenever the dragon does get a turn.
  5. Zavia is a good Poisoner for Dragon 25. High Poison rate and can multiple applications with both her A1 and A3. Since the poison nuke is not effective and is capped at Dragon 25, her A2 is disabled in the AI Team Setup. Her default AI uses A3 during the waves, which is a much faster animation than her A1.

If you need to use an alternative poisoner then Nethril and Occult Brawler are good options as they are strong affinity. Nethril has a higher chance to apply poisons than both Zavia and Occult Brawler, but his animations are much slower. If you use Nethril to do his A3 as an opener set “Don’t Use” under Team Setup. Under normal circumstances (no skill resets), Zavia and Nethril will have similar clear times.

Fire Knight 20

This Fire Knight 20 build is very similar to the Fire Knight 25 build that will be featured in the following section.

Team Build

  1. Blind Seer is capable of holding the boss just long enough for Coldheart to completely deplete FK turn meter and/or finish him off. Povides buffs for Seer.
  2. Lydia applies AOE Decrease DEF and Weaken for increased dps potential along with extra buffs for Seer.
  3. Seer provides superior waves clear based on the amount of buffs.
  4. Coldheart provide MAX HP nuke and full TM depletion of the boss along with 4 hit A-1.
  5. Prince Kymar refreshes all skills for other champions.

Fire Knight 25

Blind Seer was destined to take on Fire Knight at any level. The team build below features a speed run team build where Blind Seer provides buffs to enable Seer to melt waves and turn meter control on the Fire Knight.

Chances of failure are low because Blind Seer can always revive teammates if they die from the waves or Fire Knight. At the boss, her A1 provides decent control but needs additional turn meter reduction support from Alure. In case, Alure and Blind Seer get resisted, Blind Seer’s shield cancels out most of the damage or can pick the team back up.

Team Build

  1. Lydia applies AOE Decrease DEF and Weaken for increased dps potential along with extra buffs for Seer.
  2. Seer provides superior waves clear based on the amount of buffs.
  3. Alure provides superior TM reduction on the boss and 3 hit A-1. It is advisable to disable all her skills except for A1 for best results. She is used here due to the decreased efficiency of Coldheart nuke and TM depletion for FK 25.
  4. Prince Kymar refreshes all skills for other champions enabling fast wave clearing.

Blind Seer Arena Guide

Blind Seer can excel against arena teams that rely on landing debuffs and slowly chipping away at you. Her Defense aura can allow your team to survive a Hegemon nuke. Blind seer has high Resistance and can shrug off Tormin’s freeze or Lyssandras turn meter manipulation.

Her main use in Arena is conditional on the survival of the team and you need to watch out for teams that are much faster than her and have buff removal and AOE DEF Down like Serris. Blind Seer has her place up to Gold 4 arena in a possible “Go second” type of team. The shield and block de-buffs can be amazing for tanking a couple of hits.

At the moment Blind Seer is usually not used in Platinum and is relegated to Gold IV and 3×3 team where she can be used against teams that are debuff heavy.

Team Build

The featured team consists of:

  1. Nekhret for protection of the main dps and Ally Attack.
  2. Rotos as the main dps that get stronger by leeching enemy HP.
  3. Tormin to apply Freeze to enemy speed teams that do not have immunity capabilities
  4. Blind Seer for extra shield, block debuffs and revive.

With this team, the extra shield on Rotos makes him much harder to kill. The team is not fast but can survive lots of hard hitting attacks from many teams on Arena. It is less efficient in Platinum and especially near reset where nearly everyone has access to immunity type sets or high enough resistance to shrug off Tormin.

You can find some more footage of Blind Seer on 3×3 Arena below against an enemy stall team with Duchess Lilitu, Tormin, Khoronar and Minaya where Blind Seer showcases the importance of Block Debuffs against heavy debuffers.

Faction Wars Guide

The Dark Elves faction has plenty of good champions. The team below features an under-geared, un-booked, 5-star Blind Seer with no masteries. Her skill set alone can help carry your team through this faction.

The block de-buffs protects the team from the HP burn that the boss applies when hit and also revives the glass cannon team with just enough health for the boss to be killed and to 3 star the stage. If you are struggling in any way in this Crypt Blind Seer will make your journey that much easier at any stage up to and including the final stage with Valkyries and hard-hitting boss.

Team Build

  2. Madame Serris
  3. Coldheart
  4. Blind Seer
