Raid Shadow Legends: Adriel Champion Guide

Adriel is an epic magic affinity champion from the Sacred Order faction in Raid Shadow Legends. She is a mediocre champion overall, she has some decent uses but there are plenty of better options available. Players can use her A2 ability to heal your team and place an AOE reflect damage, this can be useful for dungeon raids such as Fire Knight. If you are going to use Adriel it will likely be for dungeon raid teams or faction wars, as such we have provided detailed information on each, with an example build guide to copy and use in the game yourself.

Adriel Late Game Build Guide

Adriel is not super popular, because she doesn’t have the most relevant buffs and debuffs. She also has a high cooldown her key skill. Let’s take a closer look at this champion and see how she fares.

Skills

Adriel’s A1 – attacks the enemy once and with a small chance to place Decrease Accuracy debuff. Her A2 heals allies and places Reflect Damage buff on them, which is generally not bad and comes in handy in many places including Fire Knight. Her A3 attacks all enemies and places Decrease ATK debuff with a 50% chance for 2 turns, but if the hit is critical, the chance goes up to 100%. This skill has a 5-turn cooldown with books, which is a lot, but we’ll try to make it work. Adriel has an aura that increases allies’ with magic affinity speed by 21%. Although very restrictive, the bonus is good and usable.

The bottom line is we have a champion with a Speed aura, an AoE debuff and a heal, she doesn’t look as bad after all. Mass reflect is excellent against Fire Knight as well, just make sure not to use shield at the same time! In this guide we will look at the PvE build option. Adriel is fully booked. Taking everything into account, we will not use her in the Clan Boss due to low efficiency of her skills, but will focus on the dungeons.

Masteries

For best results on PvE come from Warmaster T6 mastery. Single Out from the Offense branch and other damage increasing masteries are a good choice. For the second branch it is better to take Support. Here you have two options. Healing enhancing masteries like Lay on Hands and Healing Savior to increase healing value or masteries that increase Accuracy. Charged Focus plus Rapid Response and Arcane Celerity to fill the TM as much as possible and decrease CD our A3 was selected for this build. Cycle of Magic helps to decrease CD too and Master Hexer to extend the duration of debuffs. Sniper can increase the chance of placing a Decrease Acc debuff. Lasting Gifts can increase duration of Reflect Damage buff, you can pick either of those.

Gear & Stats Build

Since the Сlan Boss does not interest us, we are not tied to the Lifesteal set. A good option would be sets that help reduce the cooldown of skills or fill the turn meter. You can use any set on her as long as Adriel is kept alive by the team. The best one will probably be Relentless, which will grant extra turns and reduces the cooldown of A3. Both Reflex and Frenzy are great choices too. We have a fairly wide selection among simple sets like Perception, Resilience and others.

The main task is to get 100% Crit Rate, which will increase the chance of applying an Decrease ATK debuff to 100% on A3, then there is accuracy, we need about 230 for PvE, then we focus on speed, HP and DEF. Attacking stats don’t interest us.

Recommended Main Stats

  • Gloves – HP%/DEF% if you can reach 100% Crit Rate in additional stats, if not, take gloves with Crit Rate main stat
  • Chest – HP%/DEF%
  • Boots – SPD
  • Ring – HP/DEF
  • Amulet – HP/DEF
  • Banner – ACC

Refresh Accessory can help a lot.

Dungeon Runs with Adriel

Dragon 20

In the Dragon’s Lair dungeon, Adriel performs several tasks. The first is healing allies, followed by placing Decrease ATK debuff on enemies. Finally, she is important for increasing the speed of allies with her aura, which allows the team to take turn more often, deal more damage and, as a result, go through the dungeon faster. Looking ahead, we can say that she does an excellent job. Here is an example composition for Dragon 20 with no revive:

  1. Tayrel for AOE decrease DEF + Decrease АТК debuffs.
  2. Apothecary for SPD buff and healing.
  3. Shatterbones for DPS, enemy TM decrease and Decrease SPD buff.
  4. Adriel for AOE decrease ATK debuff and healing.
  5. Frozen Banshee to quickly kill the Dragon with Poisons.

Ice Golem 20

The Ice Golem is the most unpredictable boss due to how hard it Counterattacks after reaching certain HP threshold. Without Decrease ATK, the end of the battle can come at any moment due to the high damage potential. Adriel will help with this, and her healing will keep the team’s health at a high level. Here is an example composition for Ice Golem 20:

  1. Tayrel for AOE Decrease DEF + Decrease ATK debuffs.
  2. Adriel for AOE Decrease ATK debuff and healing.
  3. Tallia for DPS.
  4. Broadmaw for Increase SPD and other useful buffs plus revive.
  5. Frozen Banshee to quickly kill the Golem with Poisons.

Fire Knight 20

In the Fire Knight’s Castle dungeon, Adriel can help with Reflect Damage buff in addition to healing and Decrease ATK debuff. If the Boss hits a champion with Reflect Damage buff, Fire Knight will take damage and reduce the durability of the shield by 1. Thus, if the boss hits the whole team, then the durability will decrease by 5, which will greatly help during the run. If you use the correct AI in the team settings, then this is not very difficult.

The only negative for Adriel is a weak affinity at level 20, which means that with a 35% chance she will deal a weak hit and not place Decrease ATK debuff on enemies. Here is an example composition for level 20:

  1. Zargala for AOE Decrease DEF and Weaken debuffs plus DPS.
  2. Adriel for AOE Decrease ATK debuff and healing.
  3. Tainix Hateflower for Decrease SPD debuff damage absorption and minor healing.
  4. Broadmaw for Increase SPD and other useful buffs plus revive.
  5. Armiger to Decreasing the Turn Meter and quickly killing the Boss with MAX HP skill.

Spider 20

One of the dungeons that is most difficult to complete if you do not have the right champions is the Spider’s Den. One of the budget tactics is to put 1 opposing affinity hero on the boss that can survive spiderlings attacks. AOE Decrease ATK can help with that goal. Magic affinity allows her to avoid being a priority target for the spiderlings. Here is an example of budget tactic composition for Spider 20:

  1. Tayrel for decrease DEF.
  2. Broadmaw for Increase SPD and other useful buffs plus revive.
  3. Rhazin Scarhide for tanking damage from spiderlings with Lifesteal set and GS T6.
  4. Adriel for AOE decrease ATK debuff and healing.
  5. Armiger to decrease the turn meter and quickly kill the Boss with MAX HP skill.

If you have Kyoku, with the help of Adriel you can сlear the stage by HP burn debuff, you need to place the Decrease Attack debuff from Adriel to the enemies before using Kyoku A2. Here is an example:

  1. Kyoku for HP burn.

Faction Wars Team & Strategy

For faction wars, Adriel can be useful. She helps the team with her decrease ATK debuff and healing on the waves and on Boss itself. Here is an example of a team for level 21:

  1. Cupidus for DPS.
  2. Tallia for DPS and Weaken debuff.
  3. Adriel for AOE decrease ATK debuff and healing.
  4. Deacon Armstrong for Decrease DEF debuff and TM manipulation.
  5. Godseeker Aniri to revive and healing.
